1. The evaporation condensation physical separation process is specifcally used for treating the
waste liquid from 3D printing model cleaning.
2. The condenser evaporation tank and inner tank are made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable
and does not undergo chemical reactions with industrial alcohol during long-term operation. It
avoids the problem of copper and aluminum not being able to work for a long time and the possibility
of chemical reactions.
3. A high-precision intelligent temperature control system is adopted, with multiple temperature
zones for real-time temperature collection. It automatically identifes industrial alcohol and medical
alcohol programs, achieving a purifcation and recovery rate of 98% for alcohol, with a purity above
95 degrees.
4. The self-developed purifcation control system is safe and reliable; precise temperature control
enhances the recovery rate, controls safety risks, and the heating devices are all explosion-proof.
5. Multiple detection sensors, sealed purifcation path operation, is safe and reliable, and can
maximize the control of alcohol evaporation risks.
